QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a focus on real estate marketing.
- Proven track record in managing social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.

Skills:
- Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Bitrix, MailChimp).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI software (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT) is a plus.
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) are a bonus.
- Familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends (influencer marketing, virutal reality, chatbots, etc.) is advantageous.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Meta, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule content to promote property listings, and real estate services.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement, responding to customer inquiries and comments.
- Develop and execute digital corporate marketing plans.

SEO and Website Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content and drive organic traffic.
- Track website performance, manage analytics, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure on-site SEO and technical optimizations are in place.
- Paid Advertising (PPC/Google Ads/Meta Ads):

Design and manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other real estate-focused advertising platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Email Marketing:
Develop email marketing campaigns for property updates, newsletters, and drip marketing strategies.
- Segment email lists and create tailored content to nurture leads and build long-term relationships with clients.

Content Marketing:
Create compelling blog posts, articles, property descriptions, and marketing materials that align with SEO strategies.
- Work with the design team to produce high-quality visuals for digital campaigns.

Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up to date on real estate marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Analyze competitor activities, customer insights, and market data to inform marketing strategies.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and property marketing efforts.
- Report regularly on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and key insights to the marketing and management teams.
