About the Developer

Şenkaya was founded in 1995 by Ferruh Şenkaya, a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Faculty of Civil Engineering, with the mission to create high-quality, flawless, and joyous living spaces. Between 1995 and 2000, the company predominantly carried out the production of commercial buildings and residences in the Aegean region, expanding its portfolio to include Istanbul after 2000.
