SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least one year of real estate sales experience,
  • Ability to adapt to intense work pace,
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills,
  • Customer-oriented thinking,
  • High persuasiveness,
  • Goal and result oriented,
  • Having knowledge of the local market and competitive environment,
  • Preferably completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Carrying out the sales process,
  • Making sales preparation, presentation, and sales closing processes for the clients,
  • Reaching potential clients and executing the sales process,
  • Ensuring the completion of contracts,
  • Taking an active role in the preparation process for the deed,
  • Execution of client processes by working effectively with other departments,
  • Making after-sales client information,
  • Completing sales contracts, supporting after-sales processes
