We are seeking applications for the position of "Marketing Specialist" to be appointed at Nest Invest:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Communication, Social Sciences, or Economics and Administrative Sciences departments,
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the real estate sector),
  • Competent in corporate communication, social media, and digital media buying,
  • Proficient in English copywriting,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and CRM programs,
  • Experience in working with 3rd party agencies,
  • Familiarity with cross-functional coordination.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness,
  • Develop and implement social media, website, and digital campaign marketing strategies,
  • Track performance and make data-driven recommendations for Lead Generation/Google ads and SEO activities in collaboration with 3rd party agencies,
  • Communicate with media buying and advertising agencies,
  • Collaborate with different departments to create marketing materials by identifying the needs of sales teams in residential project sales offices: presentations, e-mailing, newsletters, brochures, organizing video and photo shoots,
  • Prepare corporate presentation files for new business development meetings and agencies using creative techniques,
  • Provide support throughout the entire process for various events including launches, internal events, and domestic and international fair participations,
  • Effectively manage and monitor the marketing communication budget.
